Click to enlarge image Mixer unit is composed of heating mixer (high-speed mixer) and cooling mixer (low-speed mixer). According to the property of raw materials and capacity required by downstream production, we've designed a wide range of mixer units. Raw materials (PVC, Fillers, other additives) are put into heating mixer according to formulation. When material temperature reaches set value, the mixers are poured into cooling mixer for cooling. When temperature reaches set value, mixers will be discharged into hopper on extruder.
